SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2-10 business days (excluding recognized Federal holidays).

A confirmation email will be provided when your order has been shipped.

We offer several USPS/UPS options for shipping and each option is fully trackable for your peace of mind.

All purchases are shipped with a valid Tracking Number and may take from 2-8 business days from the shipped date.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES IN TRANSIT. You would need to contact UPS/USPS directly and provide your tracking details. If UPS/USPS has confirmed your package as damaged, lost or stolen, please initiate a package claim with UPS/USPS.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us at info@lolitaperry.com within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
